This office handles applications for enrollment, certificates of degree of Indian blood, replacement enrollment cards, name changes and address changes.

Keep your address current. Per capita notices, election ballots and land payments all go to the address on file, and mail that comes back does not get forwarded.

Enrollment applications go to the Enrollment Committee, which meets monthly, and then to Council for final action. Plan on sixty to ninety days.

Bring a certified birth certificate and a photo ID. A hospital souvenir certificate will not work.
