The Housing Authority manages the Nation’s rental units, runs the annual home rehabilitation program, and administers homebuyer down-payment assistance.

Emergency repair - no heat, no water, or an unsafe structure, is handled same-day. Call the office; after hours, call (555) 010-0199.

The rental waiting list is updated monthly and posted in the lobby. Ask staff to check your place on it; you are entitled to know.
