A water main break on Council Loop Road has placed the Cottonwood Bend water system under a boil water advisory. Boil water for one minute before drinking, cooking or mixing formula. Bottled water is available free at the Community Center, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Read the full advisory

Programs & Services Government & Administration

The Tribal Court hears civil and criminal matters arising on Tribal land, along with family, probate and juvenile cases.

Protection orders are issued the same day. Come to the clerk’s window and ask; you do not need a lawyer and there is no filing fee for a protection order.

The court calendar is posted weekly in the lobby. The peacemaking program offers a traditional, non-adversarial path for family and community disputes and is available at any point before judgment.
